Transportation( details) Sea foods

  • Fresh fish and shrimps are hygienically transported through refrigerated vehicles in which raw materials are kept in covered plastic containers with ice from Fishing harbours to modern pre processing centers ( peeling/ cleaning/ grading )
  • The pre processed materials are brought to safe and sanitary processing hall for the finality of size and weight specifications as per buyer's requirements before freezing at - 40°C / -60°C.
  • frozen finished products with processing code identifying variety, size and production date are packed in specified cartons Printed /marked and stenciled as per buyer's specifications accordingly.
  • The Master Cartons with final products are stored 6 tier palleted Cold storages at -18°C.
  • The Master Cartons with finished product are house stuffed in 40'FCL / 20'FCL reefer containers at marine plant premises maintaining required temperature for onward transportation to International Container Transshipment Terminal at Cochin for shipment in Mother Ship.
  • Fresh chilled tuna Loins well packed and air lifted from International Airport Kochi.
